You can place your order in three easy steps:
- Upload an image: First, you need an image to upload. This is what we will engrave on your custom ring.
- Select ring features: Pick your favorite options from the variants we provide at our product page.
- Checkout: Add to cart, proceed to checkout and done! Easy peasy.
Yes absolutely. We do all the design-related work for you , and for free! Simply share your ideas with us, and we'll handle the rest, ensuring you receive a beautifully designed and meticulously crafted piece that you'll cherish forever.
Three ways, all explained on our Find Your Ring Size page:
- Get your free ring sizer: select "Send me a free ring sizer" while placing your order and we'll send a complimentary sizing tool, which usually arrives 1 to 2 days after checkout, while we work on your design.
- Use a piece of paper: the classic pen & paper method that everyone can do at home.
- Visit a local jeweler: a quick visit to a jeweler with certified equipment is the most accurate way of finding your size.
Most custom rings are completed and shipped within 2 to 4 weeks. Rush options are available if you need it sooner. Every ring is made to order; we don't pull from stock, we craft yours from the ground up.

Once we receive your order, you get a confirmation e-mail. Want to change something, or see a design proof first? Reply to that e-mail within two hours of ordering and we take care of it before crafting starts; changes requested later may cost extra, as they can need new material and craftsmanship.
If you asked for a proof, we usually send it within 24 hours and craft once you approve it. Otherwise our crafters begin right away. We keep you updated and send the tracking link as soon as the package is on its way.
