Returns, Cancellations & Refunds Policy

At Royal Signet, every piece is individually made to order and personalized specifically for the customer who purchases it. Because of this, each item is produced exclusively for you and cannot be resold.

This policy explains when cancellations, repairs, replacements, or refunds are available.

Made-to-Order Policy (Important)

All Royal Signet items are personalized and made to order.

For this reason, orders cannot be cancelled, refunded, or exchanged once production begins — except in cases where Royal Signet has made an error.

By placing an order, you acknowledge that your item is custom-made specifically for you.

Why We Do Not Accept Returns

Because every piece is created specifically for the individual who orders it — including custom sizing, engraving, and made-to-order production — returned items cannot be restocked or resold. Accepting returns on personalized pieces would require us to absorb the full cost of materials and labor for items that were produced exclusively for one customer. For this reason, we do not accept returns unless an error has occurred on our end.

Cancellation Window

We offer a limited 6-hour cancellation window from the time of purchase. Cancellations are only possible if:

  • The request is made within 6 hours of placing the order, and
  • Production has not yet begun.

After 6 hours, or once production starts (whichever occurs first), the order becomes final and cannot be cancelled.

What Is Covered

If your item arrives:

  • Damaged,
  • With a manufacturing defect, or
  • Not matching the confirmed order details,

please contact us within 14 days of delivery.

If a qualifying issue is confirmed, Royal Signet will provide an appropriate resolution, which may include:

  • Repair, or
  • Replacement.

Refunds are issued only if repair or replacement is not possible.

What Is Not Covered

The following situations are not eligible for cancellation, refund, or exchange:

  • Change of mind
  • Incorrect personalization details submitted by the customer
  • Incorrect size selected by the customer
  • Normal wear and tear
  • Damage caused by misuse, improper care, or accidents

Orders that match the confirmed purchase details are considered fulfilled correctly.

Reporting an Issue

To request assistance, contact us within 14 days of delivery and include:

  • Your order number
  • A clear description of the issue
  • Photos, if requested

Items returned without authorization may be refused.

Agreement to Policy

By placing an order with Royal Signet, you confirm that you understand and agree to this policy, including the made-to-order nature of our products and the limited cancellation window.

This policy is applied consistently to ensure fairness while protecting the integrity of our custom craftsmanship.
