Your favorite length! If you currently don't know the exact length you need, simply take a piece of string and put it around your neck, pulling one end down to the position where you like your pendant to be. Where the two ends meet is the size of chain you need.

Even better, we deliver each necklace attached with a 2-inch extender. This enables you to adjust the chain length comfortably.

For example if you ordered an 18 inch chain, it will be an adjustable chain with a length of 18 inches plus 2 inch extender.

We currently deliver all pendants with snake chain. We plan to introduce different types and thicknesses of chains in the near future.

If you already have an existing chain that you'd like to use this pendant with, simply share with us its thickness so we can adjust the necklace bail (where the chain goes through) accordingly.

Yes, we can make the pendant in any shape you'd like. Simply describe your request in the notes or send us an example image.

Yes, you can personalize both sides. While the main design goes to the front sides, people generally prefer their names, a special date, etc. engraved on the back.

If you'd like two different designs engraved on the each side so that you can use both sides interchangebly, we'll need to make it substantially thicker so it can be engraved from both sides.

The black inlay doesn't come off so easily, it would take a lot of work and time to wear it off due to ours studious handcraft.

Black inlay is a beautiful contrast to silver and gold. It makes the pendant look more vintage and stylized for a bold statement; but there's also timeless elegance in minimalism without the black inlay, especially if you're interested more in simplicity.

In our opinion, the choice depends on the impression you wish to make. If you prefer a pendant that catches the eye and stands out, the black inlay is an excellent choice.
