This blend of modern and traditional techniques ensures that each piece we produce is precise, beautifully detailed, and carries the distinct mark of our craftsmen's expertise.
Who makes my custom piece?
Your custom piece belongs in the hands of the last living masters of the art. Each item is meticulously handcrafted by our team of experienced artisans, who pour their skill and passion into every detail to ensure your piece is a unique and exquisite expression of your personal style.
What is it made of?
We use only solid, certified precious metals such as 925 sterling silver and 24K gold in the making. If you ordered a solid gold piece, it will be made of the karat option you chose while ordering. In case of any doubts about the material, please feel free to have it double checked at a local jeweler with certified equipment if you'd like a second opinion. We deliver custom items made of ethically-sourced precious metals only.
How durable is it?
Solid Gold: These pieces are the pinnacle of jewelry material, highly durable against any condition, makes perfect family heirloom to pass down to the next generations.
925 Sterling Silver: May require a quick polish every 6 months, but still a timeless beauty and will remain pristine forever with regular cleaning.
Heavy Gold Coated: We use 3 microns of pure, genuine 24K gold in our coating. This is at least 20x more than regular gold plated jewelry you can find in the market. This thick layer of gold coating makes this option an excellent, budget-friendly alternative to solid gold pieces. With a little bit of care like keeping it dry and away from harsh chemicals, you can ensure the longevity and enjoy it even for for decades.
Can I wear it during shower, swimming, or heavy exercise?
The answer is technically yes, however removing your custom jewelry during shower, swimming, and heavy exercise is always recommended to minimize the risk of dropping and losing it, as well as reducing the need for having it polished regularly.
Will it cause any green marks on my skin?
Heavy gold coated pieces will not cause any green marks on the skin.
With highly acidic skin types, this might happen initially with 925 sterling silver and lower karat solid gold pieces due to their metal composition.
The good news is that this phenomenon is temporary and 100% harmless, and it will disappear after you've worn it a few times, as the precious metal adapts to your skin.
How long should I wait before it's shipped out?
We're known for quality and speed. Once the order is placed, your custom piece will ship within a few days.
In case you'd like a see a design proof first, or if you've ordered with an overall hand engraving, that may add a few more days to the process.

How deep is the engraving? Can it be used for wax sealing?
Yes, we go to maximum depth possible while engraving the custom piece, this ensures your custom design will catch the eye and show all the intricate details easily.
This is perfect for wax seals as the melted wax will easily fill in the engraved section in order to create a well-defined, easy-to-see impression on wax.
What is "overall hand engraving" and how do I add this feature to my ring?
The Overall Hand Engraving is something you will ever hardly find elsewhere, it's the signature handcrafting technique of our master smiths.
It refers to the process of engraving all outer surfaces of your ring with a custom pattern on style, adding character to your unique piece.
This delicate operation has to be made completely by hand, so please allow a few extra days for production.
While we offer many options to choose from for the overall hand engraving (you can find image examples of each pattern by clicking on "See Examples" under "Finish" on the listing, you can also request custom styles by sending us example images and our experienced artisans will be able to replicate it on your custom ring.
Does the ring have a solid back or is it hollowed out?
Our rings have solid backs and are made of solid metals to offer higher durability, comfort in daily wear, and a characteristic weight on the finger.
This actually adds enormous value to your custom ring as we deliver more amount of precious metal with higher purity.
I like feeling the weight of my rings on the finger. How much does it weigh?
Exact weight of the piece will vary greatly depending on the specific design, size and shape. But if you like wearing heavy rings, make sure you select the Chunky option!
And if you need even heavier, bigger rings, just contact us and we will turn your vision to reality.
What's the "black inlay" feature? Does it come off after use?
The black inlay doesn't come off so easily, it would take a lot of work and time to wear it off due to ours studious handcraft.
Black inlay is a beautiful contrast to silver and gold. It makes the ring look more vintage and stylized for a bold statement; but there's also timeless elegance in minimalism without the black inlay, especially if you're interested more in simplicity.
In our opinion, the choice depends on the impression you wish to make. If you prefer a ring that catches the eye and stands out, the black inlay is an excellent choice.
On the other hand, if you lean towards a more discreet yet equally stunning design, we recommend opting for the ring without the black inlay.
Can you replicate my old ring?
Yes, our skilled artisans can create anything out of silver and gold. Just send us photo examples of your old ring and we can replicate it for you.
I received my ring and it doesn't fit, what now?
If your ring is 925 sterling silver or is any karat of solid gold and it doesn't fit when the package arrives, you can always have it resized with us, or at any local jeweler. It's a quick and affordable process available at most jewelers.
However resizing is a challenging process when it comes to our "heavy gold coated" pieces, so we highly recommend perfect measurement at a local jeweler before we ship it out. Or, please contact us so that we can resolve this for you.
Don't know your ring size?
For a quicker delivery, you can just place your order now and finalize the ring size later.
