No. Upload any image, crest, logo, photo or sketch and our artists do the design work for you, for free. Want a design proof? Reply to your order confirmation within two hours of ordering; we usually send it within 24 hours, before crafting starts.
Every ring is made to order. For most designs, your ring is crafted and delivered within 2 to 4 weeks, with free standard shipping (faster options at checkout). You get a confirmation email at checkout and a tracking email when it ships.
Order now and finalize the size later: choose "Send me a free ring sizer" and we send a complimentary sizer, which usually arrives 1 to 2 days after checkout, while we work on your design, or choose "I'll let you know later", get measured at a local jeweler and email us your size. Ring size is one of the last steps in crafting, so there is time.
925 silver and solid gold rings can be resized by us or any local jeweler. Every ring carries our free Lifetime Manufacturing Warranty, and the optional 1-Year Crafter Warranty ($99) adds resizing, refinishing, accidental-damage repairs and re-engraving for 12 months. Because each ring is personalized and made only for you, orders cannot be returned or cancelled once production has started, unless we made an error; then we make it right.
