This is the second time I have commissioned a ring to be created for my partner. This time in 10k gold and the result is absolutely stunning. The support through the design process to the end result is something many companies could learn a lesson or two from.

He was in every process ensuring the product was created correctly, from the uploaded photo of my family crest to sending photos of the proof to approve all the way to photos when it was completed. Best experience I’ve ever had. The Segnit ring turned out really great and exactly as expected. You cannot go wrong. Quality is outstanding, looks great even casually. 12/10 best money I’ve spent in a long time.

The design was exquisite, the service exceptional, quality unmatched for the price. After I received my product, they followed up with me and did not ghost me! I will be ordering again very soon.
Great value, however I wish that the gold plating wasn’t such a dark yellow and that silver was a stronger metal. The ring has a significant deal of wear so far, and I’ve only been wearing it for a week and a half at a desk job.
If you can afford the all gold ring, I would definitely go that route in 10K - I have a feeling it would be much more durable.
That being said, the design, craftsmanship, and service were absolutely amazing. No fault of the company - I should have simply coughed up the extra $ for the higher quality item.
I ordered a signet ring for my son's 18th birthday. My Japanese Father's Kamon (Family Crest) was engraved on the ring face, and had the shoulders engraved wíth the Fleur de Lis, reflecting his mother's New Orleans heritage.
The final product is stunning. I couldn't be happier.

love my new revised charm gave the smaller one to the wife maybe on the website you can add the other dimensions with something next to them like a half dollar or quarter so you can see exactly what your getting cause the first time i was disappointed but now very happy thanks for all your help
I just received my Third (yes 3) ring from Royal Signet, and I must say I absolutely love it. However this is not what impressed me the most. I ordered my first ring from a feed on Facebook and was not overly happy with the end product, my fault this was a difficult build. So I ordered another, changing some specs, ring two better but still not perfect. At this point I thought that's as good as I can get it and also did not want to go on ordering rings and incurring more cost. Case closed Right! Well I gave a review and went on my way. Then I get an E-mail from Nick at Royal Signet concerned about my being not totally satisfied. He made some recommendations and offered a discount if I would give it one more try. Third time the charm. Moral of the story work with the support team and express what you are expecting, you have a greatly increased chance of getting what you want. Thanks again Nick. I will be a continued customer.
Our company just celebrated 50 years, so I wanted to commemorate it with something special. Nick worked with me to get the design just right. We even got green fill to match our company colors. I could not be happier.
I bought over Christmas and needed a few fixes. They worked with me to fix the rings and sent out new ones at no cost. Best customer service I have ever had on a tremendous quality product.
The team at Royal Signet absolutely killed it with my custom piece. If you’re on the fence, I’m telling you, they are damn good at what they do. Even a custom piece can have no limits with the Royal Signet team. I’m glad that I found them on Google.
