Shipping Policy
At Royal Signet, every piece is individually made to order. Because of this, shipping timelines include both production time and carrier transit time.
This policy explains how production, shipping, delivery, and related situations are handled.
Production Time (Before Shipping)
All items are personalized and handcrafted after an order is placed.
Production typically takes 1 to 3 weeks, depending on the complexity of the design requested. More detailed or intricate pieces may require additional time.
Production timeframes are estimates, not guarantees. An item will ship once production is completed.
Shipping Methods & Transit Times
We ship via USPS, UPS, and DHL within the United States and internationally.
Transit times vary depending on the carrier selected, destination, and customs processing for international orders.
Shipping time is separate from production time and is outside of our direct control once shipped.
Shipping Costs
We offer free standard shipping on all orders. Faster shipping options are available at checkout for an additional fee.
Shipping fees are refundable only if Royal Signet has made an error in the shipment, such as using an incorrect shipping method.
Address Accuracy
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout.
If an order is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address, reshipment costs are the responsibility of the customer.
Delivered Packages
Once tracking confirms an order has been marked as Delivered by the carrier, the shipment is considered fulfilled.
If a delivered package appears missing, customers should check with household members or neighbors and contact the carrier directly.
While we may assist with inquiries, refunds or replacements are not guaranteed once delivery is confirmed.
Lost Shipments
If a shipment is suspected to be lost, a carrier investigation will be initiated. If the carrier confirms the package is lost, Royal Signet will provide a replacement or refund as appropriate.
Delays
Carrier-related delays, including weather, peak seasons, and customs processing, are outside of our control.
Shipping timelines are not guaranteed, and shipping fees are not refundable due to carrier delays.
International Orders
International shipments may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or import fees imposed by the destination country.
These charges are the responsibility of the customer.
