This was my second encounter with this merchange. I experienced impeccable customer service. I felt like I was family. Not only that, but they gave me a discount on my next order. The design was exquisite, the service exceptional, quality unmatched for the price. After I received my product, they followed up with me and did not ghost me! I will be ordering again very soon.
Great value, however I wish that the gold plating wasn’t such a dark yellow and that silver was a stronger metal. The ring has a significant deal of wear so far, and I’ve only been wearing it for a week and a half at a desk job.
If you can afford the all gold ring, I would definitely go that route in 10K - I have a feeling it would be much more durable.
That being said, the design, craftsmanship, and service were absolutely amazing. No fault of the company - I should have simply coughed up the extra $ for the higher quality item.
I ordered a signet ring for my son's 18th birthday. My Japanese Father's Kamon (Family Crest) was engraved on the ring face, and had the shoulders engraved wíth the Fleur de Lis, reflecting his mother's New Orleans heritage.
The final product is stunning. I couldn't be happier.
