The production time was pretty quick and the quality of the metal was pretty good. However, I expected the face of the ring to be a bit bigger than the size of a dime. With the face at the size that it is, made the definition in my logo run together. If you don't look closely at the ring, the logo almost looks like a patch of silver and with the size of my hands, it makes the ring look small as well. Even for a pinky ring I will order again, but will see if they have a MUCH bigger option.
Had Royal Signet make a crest ring for my wife that matched mine. They did an outstanding job! Communication was great and the finished product was perfect! She absolutely loves her ring.
I ordered 3 custom rings, and barring a minor miscommunication, recieved them all in good form. The company did excellent work for the price listed and shipped each box with the custom pattern from the rign face on a small medallion glued to the top of the box. That particular touch was appreciated and really tied the set together. Very happy with my choices, their worksmanship and willingess to make things right. Only minor flaw I would point out is that more communication in updates and timetables would have been appreciated. I understand they are likely swamped in orders though, so 4/5
I love the ring. They made it exactly as I designed it. It didn't take as long as I thought it would to get it. And I am considering getting one more.
