Our custom signet rings are forged to outlive you, but daily life happens. The 1-Year Crafter Warranty ($99) is a one-time purchase offering 12 months of total protection. It covers:

• ✔ Ring Resizing (within physical limits or replacement where appropriate)
• ✔ Repair of damage from any circumstance (accidental drops, dents, crushed metal, scratches)
• ✔ Refinishing & Metal Polishing
• ✔ Re-etching of crests, logos, and relief details
• ✔ Re-darkening of antiqued / black relief backgrounds
• ✔ Re-engraving or adding future inner inscriptions / side artwork
• ✔ Free Replating & Finish touch-ups (PVD coating)
• ✔ Replacement for catastrophic damage or sizing outside physical limits

Protecting a Recent Purchase

Forgot to add it at checkout? You can add the 1-Year Crafter Warranty within 30 days of receiving your order. Email support@royalsignet.com with your Order #. Note: The plan is item-specific and must be purchased individually for each ring/piece.

How To File a Claim

Filing a claim is simple and fast:

• Email support@royalsignet.com using the email address used for the order.
• Include your Order #, a description of the issue, and clear photos/video of the damage.
• We will respond with a prepaid shipping label and estimated repair/replacement timeline.

Terms & Exclusions

• Solid Gold: 8K, 10K, 14K, and 18K Solid Gold rings are excluded from this 1-Year Artisan Warranty. Please contact us if you need any of these services for your solid gold ring.
• Retired / Unavailable Designs: If a claim requires replacement for a design no longer sold, an exchange for a website item of similar value or store credit will be provided (no refunds).
• Loss or Theft: This warranty does not cover complete loss or theft of the item.
• Third-Party Work: Any work, repairs, or resizing performed by outside jewelers immediately voids the warranty.
